[Moin-user] Anti-spam not working for me

I'm using Moin 1.3.4.  Today I tried uncommenting the anti-spam line in
wikiconfig.py.  When I tried to save a page I got a traceback at (it looks
like) MoinMoin/util/antispam.py, line 160: "TypeErrorcan't compare
datetime.datetime to instance".  It looks like the offending line was

    blacklist += getblacklist(request, pn, do_update)

though I can't be entirely sure (cgitb's output is sometimes inscrutable to
me).
