[Moin-user] Q: Can I delete foreign-language help?

I just deleted the foreign lang folders from the
\moin\mywiki\underlay\pages directory (actually I moved them in case I
made a mistake).  It wasn't too difficult to figure out which were not
English, but here is the list of files I'm left with:
