[Moin-user] auto subscribe

I keep getting asked for this feature from my user base.  Is there a
configuration or extensions that could auto-subscribe users to any page
that they create? edit?  Often users forget to subscribe themselves to
the page are part of the 'save changes'.  I think this would be a good
UserPreferences option.

Oh, I'm still on version 1.2 of Moin, so 'gently' feel free to tell me
that is already available in newer versions.
