[Moin-user] Spam Problem

I run a number of MoinMoin Wikis.  Sadly one of them is being spammed
quit a lot nowadays.  It looks like some kind of automated script.  Used
to be from only one IP but now comes from a great number.

Is there a patch I can get to make changes go through an admin user
first?  I really don't want to have to lock the thing down.
