/TKSomeName is not a WikiName, but SomeName is. In recent versions of 
1.3 this syntax does not create any link, which is the correct 
behavior. In older 1.3 a partial link is created, which is a known 
issue.

To create such link you must use this syntax: ["/TKSomeName"] - which 
does work for any page name.
