[Moin-user] Renaming of page with automatic update of links to that page?

Is there a tool that will not only rename a page, but will also look  
through the current wiki pages and automatically replace links to the  
old page with links to the new one? The current 'rename'  
functionality did not do this for me, at least in the instance I just  
tried.
