Does MoinMoin perform any caching of search results to speed up the
process of full-text and title searches?

I was wondering if this happens how it happens, or if not wether it's
feasible to implement.

I understand searches may quickly become out-of-date, but was thinking
along the lines of checking edited and newly created pages against
cached searches, and updating or flushing searches from the cache that
have been obsoleted by the edit.
