Is there is a wiki link syntax to make a link to an anchor in another
page on the wiki?


This doesn't work -- 
["ToolsLabMachines#anchorname"]
[:ToolsLabMachines#achorname:Other Machines]

I've been resorting to fully specify [http://...#anchorname]; which
shows up with the external link icon.

I'm (still) using 1.2 MoinMoin.
