[Moin-user] problem running setup

I am trying to install moinmoin on my wind2K system.  I have python 2.4 installed and have been using it without incident for some time. 

I downloaded moin-1.3.5.tar.gz and followed the instructions in http://swapoff.org/HelpOnInstalling(2f)BasicInstallation.html until I reach the 
 
> python setup.py --quiet install --record=install.logline at which point python complains that it cannot find setup.py.  I cannot find setup.py either.  Is it supposed to be part of the distribution? What simple idea am I missing that is throwing me off track here?Lee James
