This kind of thing works for me:

On a suitable page include the NewPage macro

[[NewPage(TaskOneTemplate, Create new TaskOne page,,TaskOne/%s)]]

where:
 "TaskOneTemplate":
   is a wiki page that is the template for the TaskOne pages (see 
Templates in the help)

 "Create new TaskOne page"
   is the prompt

 "TaskOne/%s" will be the new page's name - "%s" is what the user 
enters and it is automatically prepended with the subpage 
information.



It's much easier to do than explain!
