The wiki way is to have a list or table of options and people will add  
stars for the options they want to vote. Here is an example:

|| '''Options''' || '''Votes''' ||
|| Option B: || {*} {*} ||
|| Option A: || {*} {*} {*} {*} ||
|| Option C: || {*} ||

  (!) edit and add a`{*}` to vote

Since all edits are logged you can easily prevent double voting and  
other problems. Of course this system will not work for everyone.
