[Moin-user] MoinMoin 1.5.0 - gui edit toolbar disabled

You need Javascript enabled and either a recent IE or a recent 
Mozilla/Netscape/Firefox for the GUI editor.

Or do you mean that it ONLY happens on the FrontPage and other pages 
work with the GUI editor?
