Getting the same error for only one of several wikis in a farm.  Using 1.5.3.

For example:

http://imaging.mrc-cbu.cam.ac.uk/statswiki/FAQ/SpssMancova?action=fullsearch&context=180&value=ancova&fullsearch=Text

Permissions look OK to me...
