[Moin-user] odd editing problem in moin 1.5.3

Hi, I'm having a similar problem with the dutch language pack under moinmoin
1.5.3, and clearing the cache does not fix the problem.  The same problem
occurs on moinmoin.wikiwikiweb.de when I set the language to Nederlands and
open the text-mode editor.
