[Moin-user] edit only on ssl

Hello,

I'd like to use the edit-only-on-SSL-feature that is somehow described on

Unfirtunately web.isSSL is not contained in moin moin 1.5.3.

Is there a reason that it was removed, will it be in again oder is
there another possibility?
