[Moin-user] Correction

I spoke too soon.

There are 27 pairs of files in my data/user directory. They *do* have  
name= lines...I was just missing them when I looked.

But none of them match the user I'm trying to create. And that user  
does not appear as an option when I log in as a SuperUser.

Could I have disabled the user somehow, and, if so, is there any way  
to reactivate that user name? Or is there any way to see if that is,  
in fact, the problem?
