[Moin-user] create a page with special characters does not work?

Maybe try to create normal pages. :)

/ has a special meaning for moin, it is the subpage separator. it is 
similar to creating files in the filesystem, they also can't contain 
slashes (or backslashes, when you are on windows).

A similar thing applies to stuff like & and ? - you can't use those 
verbatim in the pagename part of a moin URL, because they have a special 
meaning in URLs.
