[Moin-user] Outline view based on Headings

I think it would be useful to have an expandable/collapsible ouline view on each page that would allow the user to view and navigate the structure of a webpage. The nodes in the outline would correspond to Heading levels:

-H1
	-H2.1
	-H2.2
		-H3.1
-H1

 Does Moin currently have in anything like this? If not, do other folks think it would be useful, and if so, how difficult would it be to implement? Thanks
