I updated http://moinmoin.wikiwikiweb.de/MoinDump to document an
additional parameter.

   python /pathToPython/site-packages/MoinMoin/script/moin.py \
                  --config-dir=/mywiki \
                  --wiki-url=www.myorg.org/mywiki/ \
                  export dump \
                  --page=WikiSandBox \
                  --target-dir=/home/myname/outputdir

Use the --target-dir parameter to specify the output directory.
