[Moin-user] NonExistent page

Hi!
I just installed a moinmoin wiki and have a  problem that probably some of
you encountered in  the past.

When I adding a new page using a link to this page , and click on this link
I get "The page cannot be found"

Documentation says that I should be redirected to "Template page" , but it
doesn't.

How should I fix it?
