[Moin-user] Upgrading

I downloaded and unpacked moin-1.5.7.tar.gz on W/XP with Winzip and
there is a .../Moin-1.5.7/docs/README.migration file dated 7/1/2006. 
It appears to be the same as that distributed with 1.5.6.
