[Moin-user] change image

Hello.  I just installed moinmoin, and, I think, I succeeded in getting it going on my webserver with the moin.cgi file (to confirm, I'll have to check a computer outside of my localhost).  Anyway, I'm wondering how to change the logo in the top left corner.  The documentation says, "config.logo_string - use this to modify the logo (usually at top left)".  Interesting....  what does this mean?  

Also, is there a root or superuser function for it?
