[Moin-user] SystemAdmin macro usage

Dear All,
  	I have problem with SystemAdmin macro. I can use it in Moinmoin 
version 1.5.5a (listing file attachment browser and User account browser) 
while in 1.5.6 it does not list anything. Should I have some special 
rights to use these pages?
