[Moin-user] MoinMoin Installation

hi,
   i want to install MoinMoin on a hosted server like http://hostna/~user .i
have cgi-bin setup .Can someone kindly tell me how to setup the
files.Theinfo on web would not work for me . It would be great if some
one can just
post it here what steps i need to do to setup a wiki at host/~user/wiki
