are you sure? how you get:
* top heading of the page
* which you can click
* which shows up in the print view
* and is just one time there
?
i did not see any style doing this. not the moin default styles nor
the ones in theme market.
btw, could you explain how navigation and content is separated in a
wiki where the whole page is made up containing a lot of links :)
