[Moin-user] remove actions

Hi,

i was able to disable the action Render As Docbook by including this in 
my farmconfig.py:
	actions_excluded = ['RenderAsDocbook',]
However, it still shows up but greyed out (disabled).

How can i remove it from the actions menu?
