[Moin-user] I want a "changing logo" - browser cache problem

Could Apache give different results !?  It looked to me like a client
side problem, fixable by changing some html code --- maybe I'm wrong
....

I had the same thought ... but the file already has a recent time
stamp, since the cron /creates/ (not copies) the image-logos.
