[Moin-user] Unable to create and/or rename certain page

I can get into this situation by either: (version 1.5.8)
1. start to edit (plain text) a new, empty page, but then cancel my
attempt.
2. delete an existing page
In both cases a page directory still exists for that page, which
prevents a rename attempt.

My "moinmoin way" to get around this is to create/revert the "empty"
page, and then rename _that_ page first, then do the original rename.
