[Moin-user] Missing /favicon.ico file in server logs

I notice my server log is loaded with 404 errors for a missing
"favicon.ico" file. These requests come from the ?action=raw URL,
which offers a text page with no favicon in the URL bar.

Where would I put the missing favicon to suppress the error? I tried
in all relevant folders with no success. The file wants to be in the
default location, at /favicon.ico
