I'm pretty sure I got it to work (at work) once.  ISTR that there is a
little change you need to make to the MoinMoin parser so that it will
recognize the embedded formulas.  The page you referenced for me doesn't
work on my Mac at home (Firefox 2.0.0.7), but the basic MathML page does.
