Hi Rick:

Yes, the above URL did help quite a bit.  It did change to 500 Internal 
Server Error.

Apache's error log shows:

Premature end of script headers: moin.cgi
Traceback (most recent call last):
File ec:\moin\mywiki\moin.cgi";
line 39, in <module>
from moinmoin.requestimport
requestCGI
ImportError:Cannot import name RequestCGI

I've got Python25 from python.org, Python 2.5.1.1 from ActiveState, Apache 
2.2.8, and moin 1.6.1.
