[Moin-user] Moinmoin 1.7.0, LDAP (ActiveDirectory) and Group based acls

Well, it was a problem in my case. But this regex were copied during
making a wiki instance (FreeBSD ports Makefile), so this "old"
definitions were in wikiconfig.py. When I've made upgrade to 1.7.0
version and modified wikiconfig.py everything works correctly.

So once again thanks for your help to me. And your efforts to moin.
