[Moin-user] Corrupt downloads?

There seems to be a problem with the downloads at
http://moinmo.in/MoinMoinDownload.

I've downloaded both moin-1.5.9.tar.gz and moin-1.6.1.tar.gz but neither
matches its checksum listed there, and neither is a valid .tar.gz file,
e.g.

$ md5sum /tmp/moin-1.6.1.tar.gz 
ce37ce07c1ebd2b6f866c5fe1ee47609  /tmp/moin-1.6.1.tar.gz

$ tar ztf /tmp/moin-1.6.1.tar.gz 
tar: This does not look like a tar archive
tar: Skipping to next header
tar: Archive contains obsolescent base-64 headers
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors
