Hmm, I have to look into that. Maybe it is due to the moin cli command
not configuring logging.

What you can do until a better solution is known, is to edit
MoinMoin/log.py and remove that warning (or shift its level to DEBUG).

I guess it is only configured for moin.cgi (or whatever adapter script
you use).
