[Moin-user] Controlling the "More Actions" menu

I'm adding some of my own actions and would like to control where (in
what order) they appear in the "More Actions" dropdown. I would probably
want to add a division marker put my actions higher in the list in their
own seciton. Is there a standard way to do that?
