An excellent howto!

When I followed it, everything seemed to work fine (I had to chown
wiki/data and everything below it to me though) up to the actual
migration step, which died with this message:

KeyError: 'data_format_revision'

I found someone else who had solved the problem by doing this:

echo "data_format_revision: 01050300" > wiki/data/meta

(I substituted my own version).

Then the migration step worked for me.

I'm still working through the rest...
