[Moin-user] Change defualt message

Hi, 

Thanks for your mails brother.

Actually i have tried these things before what you told here. i mean i have tried with pages.py on mentioned line number and restarted the apache also, delete the cache, delete the IE cache. but nothing happen with text.:-(
