[Moin-user] Summer of Code 2010 projects

We are happy to announce that we'll have 4 students sponsored by Google
within their "Google Summer of Code 2010".

If you want to help, watch the GoogleSoc2010 main page on our wiki and
provide feedback on the project pages that are linked from there and
will be created soon.

Discussion about those projects will be on #moin-dev on IRC and on the
wiki project pages.
