[Moin-user] Help needed with theme customization (Solenoid)

I'm a new user of MoinMoin, and would like to customize the
appearance.  Right now I am just working on my local machine, with
Ubuntu 10.04 and MoinMoin 1.9.3.

I have downloaded Solenoid (http://moinmo.in/ThemeMarket/Solenoid) and
followed the "recipe" for installing it.  I have subsequently
restarted Apache.  However, the theme changes do not seem to show up.
Specifically, as a wiki user I can select "solenoid" as my theme, and
the layout will change, but none of the styling shows up.

I have checked that the files are copied under the
/usr/local/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/MoinMoin/web/static/htdocs/solenoid
directory.

In the HTML source

<div class="header"><a class="logo" href="/MyStartingPage"><img
src="/moin_static193/common/moinmoin.png" alt="MoinMoin Logo"></a>

for the header image shows up fine, and the link to the CSS file shows as:

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css"
href="/moin_static193/solenoid/css/style.css">

What else do I need to do (or may have done wrong)?

Thanks
Derek
