[Moin-user] "Invalid username or password" error on login

Hello,

(1)  Following the fine instructions on Ubuntu installations 
(http://moinmo.in/HowTo/UbuntuQuick)
on a Karmic (U 9.10) system moinmoin 1.9.2 worked like a charm.  No problem!

But ... (2)  on an instalation of the new Ubuntu Lucid (10.04, beta), I 
am not able to login to the account(s) I create.  A red "Invalid 
username or password" message greets me.

Any suggestions?
