[Moin-user] 2.0 and spreadsheet tables

To get moin2 finished some day not too far in the future, the main
release goal is to provide a BASIC, but working wiki.

Doing spreadsheet calculations is not in the scope of this, so sorry,
that likely won't be included.

Of course developers can feel free to hack any feature they like (and as
we have a templating engine now and some other nice stuff, that might be
easier than before).
