[Moin-user] install MoinMoin as non-root user

Hello,

I found information on installing MoinMoin on SUSE Linux Enterprise
Server as root user:

Can I install MoinMoin as non-root user? The basic requirements for
MoinMoin are:
httpd
mod_wsgi
python-devel
python-xml

On our SUSE server, python-devel and python-xml are available, but I
do not have root privilege to install other package. I am thinking to
install lighthttpd in my own home area, is there a corresponding
mod_wsgi that I can use with lighthttpd to be installed in my home
area?
