We have recognized sometimes that some users have not used a WikiName
username and haven't seen that they can rename their account (or because
renaming is blocked). They have created a new account. Is this the same
pattern you have with your additional accounts?
May be some of them become disabled?


SystemAdmin -> "do user browser" lists for a superuser user all existing
users and that status.
