[Moin-user] cached db of page crosslinks?

I'd like to have super-fast searching of a page's in-space frontlinks and
backlinks (e.g. graph of WikiWords).

I have over 10k pages in my space.

I don't really feel like installing the whole search engine.

Has anyone done any work in this area?
