Hi Everyone,

I am Prannoy Pilligundla pursuing under graduation in BITS-Pilani,India.I
was going through the ideas list of 2014(
http://moinmo.in/GoogleSoc2014/InitialProjectIdeas) and wanted to know more
about what is to be done in Issue tracker and Blog.

It would be great if someone could elaborate more on these ideas.
