The following line, when included in some page, causes an "Unhandled
Exception":
[[attachment:foo.jpg|{{attachment:foo.jpg||width=200 align="middle"}}]]
The attachment "foo.jpg" doesn't need to exist, for triggering the bug. When
you remove the quotes, it works.
