[moin-user] MoinMoin issue

Dear Friends,

I m using apache 2.2 with python 2.7.15 and moinmoin 1.9.7.

openssl 1.0.1 is used

 Apache/2.2.25 (Win32) mod_ssl/2.2.25 OpenSSL/1.0.1c mod_wsgi/3.3
Python/2.7.15 configured -- resuming normal operations

but mod_ssl is not getting compiled with the latest openssl ...it shows

mod_ssl/2.2.25 compiled against Server: Apache/2.2.25, Library:
OpenSSL/0.9.8y

of late the TLSv.1.0 and TLSv1.1 support is stopped in our setup so the
moin moin wiki has stopped working . The SSL protocol now to be used is
TLSv1.2

Please let me known the configuration changes to be made for the same
