[moin-user] prob on installing moin2 on google cloud machine

Hi,
I' trying to install moin 2 on a google cloud (Debian)

uname -aLinux cs-6000-devshell-vm-9f44e5b8-22a3-4937-aecb-522f6017ffb0
3.16.0-6-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.16.56-1+deb8u1 (2018-05-08) x86_64 GNU/Linux
I type what are written here (

but I was unable to install it.
i receive this error:
