[moin-user] Superuser and user management?

Hi

Could anyone help, as I seem to be stuck in a documentation loop?!

I have inherited an install of MoinMoin after the previous superuser left. I have changed the username in wikiconfig.py, restarted apache and I have verified that I am a superuser by adding ?action=language_setup to the end of one of the URLs.

What I can not figure out is how to access users or become a user. The documentation suggests there should be something via the setting screen. When I click on my settings, I have two links, notifications and preferences. Should there be something else there?
