[moin-user] Upgrade ti python 3.x and moin 2?

 If you do a pull on the moinwiki master branch you will now get python 3 code. 
After pulling the code, you will need to delete the entire moin-venv-* directory, and either the "m.bat" for windows or "m" for *nix.
Then use whatever the name of your python 3 is to do a
    <python 3> quickinstall.py
If you have valuable data, back it up before you start.
